This policy explains what personal data gioscore.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. GioScore has no user accounts, so you can use the whole site without telling us who you are.

1. Data We Collect

  • Traffic statistics (Google Analytics). After your first interaction with a page (a scroll, tap, click or key press), the site loads Google Analytics, which records the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Visitors in the EU see a cookie banner first; if you choose to reject, we stop sending page views to Google Analytics.
  • Performance measurements. Your browser reports how long the page took to load and to respond, together with the page address. We use this only to find and fix slow pages.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our servers and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and the address requested, to keep the site running and secure.
  • Match notifications. If you turn on notifications for a match, we store the notification address your browser gives us and the match you chose, so we can send you goals and results. This record is deleted automatically 24 hours after you subscribe.
  • Emails. If you write to us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.

Match prediction votes are stored only as totals for each match and are not linked to you.

2. Data That Stays in Your Browser

Your favourite teams, players, coaches and matches, recent searches, league order, notification settings and cookie choice are saved in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

3. How We Use It

We use this data to run and secure the site, understand which pages are used, fix problems, send the notifications you asked for and answer your messages. We do not sell personal data, and the site shows no advertising.

4. Who Else Processes It

  • Google — Google Analytics, for traffic statistics.
  • Cloudflare — delivers and protects the site.
  • Your browser's push service (for example Google, Mozilla or Apple) — delivers the match notifications you turn on.

5. How Long We Keep It

Notification subscriptions are deleted after 24 hours. Google Analytics keeps data for the retention period set in our Analytics account, which is at most 14 months. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your message.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The cookies and browser storage the site uses are listed in our Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
