About M. Ergashev
M. Ergashev is a 52-year-old football manager from Tajikistan. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Tajikistan U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Tajikistan U23, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
