About Javier Rabanal Hernández
Javier Rabanal Hernández is a Spanish football manager. He currently manages Willem II U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Universitario, Independiente del Valle and Cusco FC, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
