Guillermo Ariel Zangróniz Lopatko is a Spanish football manager. He currently manages Racing Rioja, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Racing Rioja II, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Spain.
