About Daniel Pancu
Daniel Pancu is a 48-year-old football manager from Romania. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages CFR Cluj, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Romania U21 y Rapid Bucuresti, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Romania football on the international stage.
