About Alan Neilson
Alan Neilson is a 53-year-old Welsh football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Norwich City U23, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management.
