About William Still
William Still is a 33-year-old Belgian football manager. He belongs to a younger generation of managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Southampton, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Reims y Lens, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Belgium.
