V. Shindikov is a football manager from Belarus. He currently manages Minsk FK W, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Belarus W, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Belarus.
