About Václav Jílek
Václav Jílek is a 49-year-old football manager from Czech Republic. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Czech Republic U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Sigma Olomouc y Czech Republic U18, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
