V. Gavva is a Russian football manager. He currently manages Russia U19 W, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Russia U17 W, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Russia.
