Thomas Kourkounas is a 66-year-old Greek football manager. He belongs to the veteran school of managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Ilisiakos, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Greece.
