About Thành Nguyễn
Thành Nguyễn is a 49-year-old football manager from Vietnam. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages PVF-CAND, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Hồng Lĩnh Hà Tĩnh, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
