About Tetsu Nagasawa
Tetsu Nagasawa is a 57-year-old Japanese football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Tokyo U23, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Shonan Bellmare, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Japan.
