About Siim Valtna
Siim Valtna is a 38-year-old football manager from Estonia. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Estonia U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Tammeka, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Estonia.
