About Shao Jiayi
Shao Jiayi is a 46-year-old Chinese football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Qingdao West Coast, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed China U23 y China PR, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from China.
