About Salahat Agayev
Salahat Agayev is a 57-year-old Croatian football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Kyrgyz Republic, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Rudeš y Montenegro, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His contribution has left a lasting mark on contemporary football, particularly among managers from Croatia.
