About Simón Pablo Elissetche Correa
Simón Pablo Elissetche Correa is a 48-year-old Chilean football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages East Timor U23, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed East Timor y Timor-Leste W, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Chile.
