About Serse Cosmi
Serse Cosmi is a 68-year-old Italian football manager. He belongs to the veteran school of managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Salernitana, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Rijeka, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Italy.
