About Roman Hudec
Roman Hudec is a 39-year-old football manager from Slovakia. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Skalica, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Zlaté Moravce, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Slovakia football on the international stage.
