About Rik Demil
Rik Demil is a Belgian football manager. He currently manages Sporting Charleroi, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Westerlo, Club Brugge and Gent, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Belgian football on the international stage.
