Ratu Tavanavanua is a 44-year-old football manager from Fiji. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Fiji U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. His work has helped cement the reputation of Fiji football on the international stage.
