About Randall Enrique Row Arias
Randall Enrique Row Arias is a 55-year-old football manager from Costa Rica. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Costa Rica U20, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Costa Rica U17, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
