R. Cirar is a 47-year-old football manager from Slovenia. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Litija, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. His work has helped cement the reputation of Slovenia football on the international stage.
