About Qahtan Al-Rubaye
Qahtan Al-Rubaye is a 52-year-old football manager from Iraq. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Iraq U17, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Iraq U19 y Al Gharraf, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Iraq.
