About Pan-Gon Kim
Pan-Gon Kim is a 57-year-old South Korean football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Selangor, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Malaysia y Ulsan HD, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from South Korea.
