About Øssur Hansen
Øssur Hansen is a 55-year-old football manager from Faroe Islands. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Faroe Islands U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed AB Argir, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Faroe Islands.
