About Oleg Kubarev
Oleg Kubarev is a 60-year-old football manager from Belarus. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Arsenal, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed FC Chișinău, Tajikistan U20 and Zimbru, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Belarus.
