About Norman Põder
Norman Põder is a 31-year-old football manager from Estonia. He belongs to a younger generation of managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Vaprus II, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management.
