About Nathan Jones
Nathan Jones is a 52-year-old Welsh football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Charlton Athletic, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Luton Town y Southampton, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Wales.
