About Minh Phạm
Minh Phạm is a football manager from Vietnam. He currently manages Ha Noi II, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed SHB Đà Nẵng, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Vietnam.
