Massimiliano Alvini is a Italian football manager. He currently manages Frosinone, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Perugia, Cremonese, Cosenza and Spezia, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Italy.
