About Menno van Dam
Menno van Dam is a 42-year-old Dutch football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages FC Emmen, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Aalborg BK, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Dutch football on the international stage.
