About M. Stepanyan
M. Stepanyan is a 36-year-old football manager from Armenia. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Alashkert, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Armenia U19 W, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Armenia football on the international stage.
