Lucas Fidolo González Vélez is a 44-year-old Colombian football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Deportes Tolima, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Central Cordoba SdE, Rionegro Águilas and América de Cali, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Colombia.
