Krzysztof Debek is a 47-year-old Polish football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages S. Rzeszow U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Poland.
