About Karel Voolaid
Karel Voolaid is a 48-year-old football manager from Estonia. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Tammeka, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management.
