Kamil Socha is a 55-year-old Polish football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Bełchatów, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Unia Skierniewice, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
