About Jorge Bava
Jorge Bava is a 44-year-old Uruguayan football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Nacional, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed León, Santa Fe and Cerro Porteño, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Uruguay.
