About Joran Pot
Joran Pot is a 37-year-old Dutch football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Netherlands U16, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. His work has helped cement the reputation of Dutch football on the international stage.
