João Oliveira Nunes Henriques is a 53-year-old Portuguese football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages AVS, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Olimpija, Marítimo and Radomiak Radom, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
