About Jaroslav Machac
Jaroslav Machac is a 40-year-old football manager from Czech Republic. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Slavia Prague U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Slavia III, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Czech Republic football on the international stage.
