About Janusz Niedźwiedź
Janusz Niedźwiedź is a 44-year-old Polish football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Miedź Legnica, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Widzew Lodz y Stal Mielec, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Poland.
