Jan Kaps is a 32-year-old German football manager. He belongs to a younger generation of managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Holstein Kiel U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Germany.
