About José María Lana Fernández
José María Lana Fernández is a 49-year-old Spanish football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Spain U15, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Spain U19 y Syria, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Spain.
