Ilija Mandarov is a 52-year-old football manager from Macedonia. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages ZFK Skopje 2014 W, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. His work has helped cement the reputation of Macedonia football on the international stage.
