About Henok Goitom
Henok Goitom is a 41-year-old football manager from Eritrea. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Degerfors, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed AIK, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Eritrea.
