Goce Sedloski is a 52-year-old football manager from Macedonia. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Vardar, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Shkupi, Vllaznia Shkodër and North Macedonia, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Macedonia.
