About Grzegorz Szoka
Grzegorz Szoka is a 39-year-old Polish football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages ŁKS Łódź, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Znicz Pruszków, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Poland.
