Gerson Luiz Gusmão is a 51-year-old Brazilian football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Aparecidense, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Nacional AM, Serra Branca, América RN and Sampaio Corrêa, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
