About Erbim Fagu
Erbim Fagu is a 39-year-old football manager from Albania. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages ADO Den Haag U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Tirana, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Albania football on the international stage.
